Loopholes in the US justice system are benefitting criminals to get away from harsh punishments . It's high time that the United States upgrade its justice system so that fraudsters like Tony Abi Saab couldn't get easy bail and walk away from the court without getting deserved punishments for their heinous crimes. Terrorism is spreading in the world like an epidemic, if international governments don't chalk out essential and indispensable plans to abolish terrorism from its root, then that day is not far when avarice men like Tony will lit the world on fire.Tony Abi Saab is an owner of Brescia Middle East, the international Arms and weapons dealer company. Tony has been running his father's company for over a decade in Lebanon and has established a strong friendship with the Europeans. Under the nose of Lebanese authority, Tony had been running shell companies along with BME and was covertly supplying guns and weapons to the terrorist groups in Syria. Tony's crimes were disclosed after a sting operation against him by CIA, FBI and the US Army. BME was indicted for defrauding the USD 5 million through its sub-contracted companies K5 Global, G2Armory, Brixia and Tactica Ltd. The fraudster was also laundering the crime money received after doing business with the terrorist groups.Even after having required evidence against Tony to punish him for his wrong-doings, the Federal Government's attorney couldn't prove his crimes in court. This happened because of the loopholes in the US justice system fo war-criminals, about which Tony was well-aware none of the evidence collected from the foreign countries was valid in the civil court of the US. Later, he pleaded human rights violation and errors in collecting evidence against the investigation teams. Thus, he got out of the US court without serving a single day in jail for his grievous crime, merely by paying small sum money as a penalty.
